CBRE Secures Full-Floor Lease for Orthopedic Group
CBRE secured a 20,314-square-foot lease for Synergy Orthopedic Specialists Medical Group at Rio Vista Medical Plaza at 9095 Rio San Diego Dr. in San Diego. The San Diego-based orthopedic organization will open an outpatient surgery and radiology center, occupying the first floor with a long-term lease at the newly converted Class A medical office building.
CBRE’s Lars Eisenhauer and Dan Henry represented the landlord, Anchor Health Properties. Anchor acquired the property in early 2021 and is repositioning it as an outpatient MOB.
“The San Diego market continues to show its strength and resilience despite a challenging last couple of years,” said Eisenhauer. “Medical office continues to be in high demand with little developed over the past ten years, especially in Central San Diego. Rio Vista Medical Plaza is exceptionally positioned in the heart of this market that will see many of the greatest new developments over the next five years.”
