CBRE Arranges Four Retail Leases in NJ  

CBRE has completed four retail lease transactions totaling over 20,000 square feet in Middlesex, Carlstadt, Hoboken and Princeton, New Jersey.  

The transactions include a 10,000-square-foot sublease by Rymar Flooring at 435 Oehler Place in Carlstadt. The tenant was represented by Alex Rosenberg of Team Resources in a sublease for the remainder of the original lease term of 2.6 years. Focus Martial Arts inked a 4,268-square-foot lease at 700 Union Avenue in Middlesex, CBRE represented the owner, Main Land Middlesex, in a direct deal with the tenant. 

Wonder signed a 3,700-square-foot lease at the Waterfront Corporate Center III in Hoboken, CBRE represented the owner, SJP Properties, and the tenant was represented by Jon Paul Pirraglia of Ripco. Rumble Boxing Gym leased a 2,900-square-foot space at the Windsor Green Shopping Center in Princeton. Marta Villa of CBRE represented the tenant, a franchisee of Rumble called Iron Ventures of NJ. Rick Mainardi represented the owner in the negotiations.
