CBRE Arranges Four Leases at 101 Hudson Street in NJ 

CBRE has concluded four lease transactions at 101 Hudson Street in Jersey City. The Class A office tower, known as the Merrill Lynch Building, was acquired by The Birch Group in 2022. The property is a 42-story, 1.25 million square feet office tower. 

The deals comprise a 60,000 square feet lease renewal by Jefferies LLC, a 15,000 square feet new commitment by Franklin Credit Management Corporation, an 8,500 square feet new lease by BirlaSoft, and a 2,000 square feet new commitment by FBG Capital.  

The CBRE team of Conor Dolan, David Opper and Mike Nieliwodski represented ownership in the negotiations. Jeffries LLC was represented by Rob Lowe of C&W; CBRE’s Wes Moore represented BirlaSoft; and Evan Bernard of CBRE acted on behalf of FBG Capital.
