CBRE Arranges Deal for Traverse City’s Hotel Indigo

CBRE has arranged the sale of the 107-key Hotel Indigo Parkway, Traverse City, MI, one of Michigan’s most popular tourist destinations. The firm’s Nate Sahn, James Johnson, Jack Johns and Anthony Leeds represented the owners, a partnership between JS Capitol and Hadidi Capital. Buyer and sales price were not disclosed.

“We were proud to act as a strategic advisor for the seller throughout the process, and leverage our experience with our 17 other hotel transactions in Michigan since 2014,” said Sahn.

Built in 2016, the Hotel Indigo is located in Traverse City’s popular waterfront Warehouse District, and offers unobstructed views of Grand Traverse Bay from many of its guest rooms and rooftop restaurant. Other amenities in the hotel include heated underground parking, 5,500 square feet of meeting space, a ground floor restaurant, business center, and health and fitness center.
