CBRE Arranges $9M Sale of Chula Vista Medical Building
CBRE’s Matt Pourcho, Anthony DeLorenzo, Matt Harris, Chris Williams and Ramin Salehi have arranged the $9 million sale of a 29,000-square-foot office and medical building in Chula Vista, CA. The seller in the $318 per square foot transaction was Coseo Properties. The buyer was an out-of-town private investor.
Built in 1979 and renovated in 2016 and 2021, the property features a landscaped entryway, flexible suite sizes, 11-foot high ceilings, generous glass lines and expansive views. The building was fully occupied at the time of sale, and is located near I-805 and Highway 54, providing quick access to Eastern and Downtown San Diego.
“We continue to see phenomenal interest in stabilized office properties in San Diego, especially among non-local investors,” said Pourcho. “Within a few weeks of marketing, we received nine offers and ultimately secured a buyer outside of the metro.”
