CBRE has arranged the 79,189 square foot lease to Casey Family Programs at 800 Fifth in downtown Seattle.

CBRE’s Craig Kinzer, Steve Schwartz, and Sean Sussex represented the tenant. CBRE’s Scotta Ashcraft, Nick Carkonen, and Riley Shephard represented EQ Office. Casey Family Programs is the nation’s largest operating foundation focused on safely reducing the need for foster care and improving the safety and well-being of children and their families.

Situated in the heart of Seattle’s Central Business District, 800 Fifth is 42 stories, totaling approximately 940,000 square feet. The property, operated by EQ Office, is a LEED Platinum-rated building that was recently renovated with a redesigned entry, lobby and mezzanine lounge. EQ Office is also adding a conference and event facility for tenants, which is expected to be delivered by the end of 2025.
