
CBRE Arranges $7M Purchase of Pasadena Office Building
The CBRE team of Kyle Barratt, Kevin Duffy, Natalie Bazarevitsch and Jackie Benavidez helped secure a $7 million sale of a 9,500-square-foot office property in Pasadena, CA. The group represented the seller, a California-based foundation in the transaction. The buyer was Diamond Green LLC, a local real estate investment group.
“CBRE ran a competitive bid process, which generated multiple offers and significant buyer interest,” said Barratt in a news release. “The process helped to maximize value and created favorable deal terms for the seller.”
Built in 1965, the one-story office property is located at 1300 E. Green St., near the Interstate 210 freeway, public transportation, Caltech and Pasadena City College. The building features high ceilings, two bank vaults, a private outdoor patio and 26 surface parking stalls.
