CBRE Arranges $6M Sale of Winter Garden Industrial Facility

CBRE has brokered the $6.4 million sale of the Crown Cork & Seal building, a 200,000-square-foot industrial facility in Winter Garden.

Located at 851 East Maple St., the facility was built in 1954 and features 8,000 square feet of office space. The building is fully fenced and includes 10 dock high loading doors. The property is located between approximately 25 miles northwest of Orlando International Airport.

David Murphy, Monica Wonus and Cameron Thomas of CBRE represented the buyer, New York-based real estate investment management firm Ultimate Realty, in the transaction. The seller was Crown Cork & Seal Inc.
