CBRE Arranges $6M Sale of South Beach Retail Property

CBRE/Karson & Co. has arranged the sale of 226 Lincoln Road, a three-story commercial building totaling 7,762 square feet in Miami’s South Beach area. The sales price was $5.7 million.

The property is located on the east end of the Lincoln Road District, which is considered one of the most active retail corridors in the country with over 11 million visitors in 2019. There are over 8,000 hotel rooms within a five-minute walk of the property.

Adam Sklaver, Philip Kates and Kyle Hynes of CBRE, along with Arden Karson of Karson & Co. represented the undisclosed seller in the transaction. Lincoln Realty Management acquired the property in an auction.
