
CBRE Arranges $5M MultiFam Sale in Huntington Beach
A nine-unit apartment property has sold for nearly $5 million, or $528,000 per unit, the second highest price-per-unit sale in the last year in Huntington Beach, CA. CBRE’s Dan Blackwell and Mike O’Neill represented the seller in the transaction.
Located at 221 10th St., the property features predominantly townhome floorplans in a prime coastal setting, just two blocks from the beach and in walking distance to downtown Huntington Beach and the Pacific City Center.
The deal drew seven offers, and eventually sold for $51,000 above list price. “We worked with a family trust educating and leading them through the process to successfully sell their Huntington Beach multifamily property above asking price,” said Blackwell in a news release.
