CBRE has arranged a 48,650-square-foot lease renewal at 132 Beaver Brook Road, a distribution facility in Morris County, NJ. Richelieu American LTD, a wholesale distributor specializing in hardware, accessories, supplies, and tools for homes and offices, has committed to a long-term renewal to occupy the entire facility owned by Northbridge Partners. 

The leasing campaign was led by CBRE’s Kevin Dudley, Chad Hillyer, Nicholas Klacik, and Kate Granahan, who represented Northbridge Partners in the negotiations.  

“The distribution facility at 132 Beaver Brook Road is ideal for Richelieu’s needs, servicing the entire tri-state region,” said Dudley. “This long-term lease renewal highlights Richelieu’s dedication to the area and reflects the ownership’s confidence in the strength of the submarket.”
