CBRE Arranges $44 Million Sale of MF in Lake Oswego

CBRE has arranged the sale of Oswego Village in Lake Oswego, Oregon. The 102,986-square-foot retail center, located at 11 S. State St., was sold to a Canadian advisory group for $44 million.

Dino A. Christophilis, Daniel Tibeau, Jimmy Slusher, and James Tyrrell with CBRE brokered the transaction. “The seller undertook a comprehensive property renovation and carefully selected tenants that perfectly align with the affluent Lake Oswego community,” said Christophilis.

Oswego Village is anchored by high-performing grocery and hardware tenants, featuring a mix of co-tenants. The property recently underwent an extensive renovation, including new roofs, storefronts, and community gathering areas, as well as refreshed paint, a parking lot, and significant mechanical upgrades.

Lake Oswego, located just 15 minutes south of downtown Portland, is one of the most affluent neighborhoods in the region and a prime location for retail investments.
