CBRE Arranges $31M NJ Industrial Property Sale 

Dora’s Naturals, a distributor of natural and organic perishable products, acquired a 105,000 square feet industrial property at 210 West Commercial Avenue in Moonachie, NJ, for $31 million from Beauty Plus.  

The transaction was arranged by a CBRE team including Kevin Dudley, Chad Hillyer, Nicholas Klacik, Elli Klapper, Kate Granahan, and Brian Fiumara. 

“The acquisitions of 210 West Commercial Avenue, in the heart of the Meadowlands, is key to our core business of providing quality, perishable, natural, organic, and specialty foods and beverages to retailers throughout the northeast,” said Cyrus Schwartz of Dora’s Naturals.
