
CBRE Arranges $29M Sale of Industrial Facility in Taunton
CBRE has brokered the $28.6 million sale of a 181,900-square-foot industrial facility in Taunton, MASS.
Built in 2002, the facility is located at 530 John Hancock Road and is 100 percent occupied by DHL Supply Chain, the third largest logistics company in North America. The facility sits on 11 acres and offers 32-foot clear heights, two-sided loading that allows for multi-tenant functionality, ESFR sprinkler system, and generous truck courts that provide for excess trailer storage. The facility is located within the master-planned Myles Standish Industrial Park, an 810-acre industrial complex that is home to an array of tenants that include Verizon, Americold, Williams Sonoma, LKQ, Reinhart, Pepsi and Ryder.
Chris Skeffington, Scott Dragos, Doug Jacoby, Roy Sandeman, Tim Mulhall, Daniel Hines and Tony Hayes of CBRE represented the seller, Invesco Real Estate, in the transaction. The buyer was The Davis Cos.
