Staci Group, a global multichannel fulfillment provider, has signed a 285,362 square feet industrial lease at 10 Sigle Lane in Dayton, NJ.  

This move will consolidate several of Staci’s locations into one facility owned by Heller Industrial Parks, Inc. CBRE represented Staci Group in the lease negotiations with a team of Chad Hillyer, Kevin Dudley, Nicholas Klacik, and Kate Granahan.  

“As one of the world’s leading logistics and distribution providers, Staci required additional industrial space to accommodate growing client needs,” said Hillyer. “The newly developed property is ideally located and provided an economical alternative to allow the tenant to better service its clients out of a Class A facility in the heart of Dayton.”
