CBRE Arranges 24K-SF Office Lease in Chicago Suburbs

CBRE announced a new 23,725-square-foot lease at Woodfield Preserve Office Center, on behalf of Zeller, to Primient. Woodfield Preserve Office Center is a 29-acre, campus-style office complex with two 325,000-square-foot, six-story buildings located at 20 N. Martingale Road in Schaumburg, Illinois.

CBRE represented the building’s owner Zeller in the transaction and in the marketing and leasing of the property. The CBRE team included Executive Vice President William Elwood, Senior Vice President Rob Graham and Vice President Adam Lawler. Executive Vice President Paul Diederich from CBRE represented Primient in the lease.

Primient, a leading producer of food and industrial products from plant-based, renewable sources, has relocated its headquarters to. Primient employs more than 1,700 employees and operates manufacturing assets in North America and Latin America. Other tenants who have relocated operations to Woodfield Preserve Office Center include Group Administrators, Beyondsoft Consulting, Mitsubishi, NCR, Noatum, Monere and National Fiber.
