CBRE Arranges $20M Sale of Miami Industrial Facility

CBRE brokered the $19.5-million sale of the Tire Group International Distribution Center, a single-tenant distribution building in Miami’s Airport West Submarket.

Located at 7500 Northwest 35th Terrace, the 179,972-square-foot facility was built in 1980 and renovated in 2006 and 2015. The facility is currently occupied by the headquarters of Tire Group International. Features of the property include 26-foot clear heights, a new ESFR fire sprinkler system and up to 175-foot truck court depths.

David Wigoda, Sean Kelly and Devin White of CBRE represented the seller, TDH Realty, in the transaction. The buyer was not disclosed.
