CBRE Arranges $15M Sale of Tampa Apartment Community

CBRE has brokered the $14.7 million sale of Palm Avenue Apartments, a 369-unit apartment complex in Tampa. The community is located in Tampa’s Innovation Alliance District.

Constructed between 1973 and 1975, Palm Avenue Apartments consists of 46 residential buildings surrounded by modern landscaping, two swimming pools, a children’s playground with rubber flooring, a fitness center, mailroom, community clubhouse and leasing office.

Francesco Carriera and Michael Regan of CBRE represented the seller, TLR Group, in the transaction. The buyer was Coltown Properties. Additionally, Eric Fixler of CBRE’s debt and structured finance team assisted the buyer with assuming the in-place Fannie Mae loan.
