
CBRE Arranges $15M Sale of 91K-SF Industrial Building in Chelmsford
CBRE has arranged the sale of a 91,476-square-foot flex/R&D industrial building on Elizabeth Drive in Chelmsford, MA. The Shearwater Companies acquired the two-story, Class A asset for $14.8 million.
The CBRE team of Scott Dragos, Chris Skeffington, Doug Jacoby, Anthony Hayes, Roy Sandeman, Tim Mulhall and Dan Hines marketing the property and arranged the sale on behalf of the seller, The RAM Companies.
The industrial building is fully leased to Arrow Interventional to 2026.
16 Elizabeth Drive is located within Altid Business Park 25 miles north of downtown Boston, off of Route 3 from the south and north and Interstate 495 from the west. The property is close to Interstate 93, Interstate 95 and Route 2.
Recent capital improvements to the property to the tuen of $4.2 million include high-end office space, conference and training areas and clean-room space. The property offers up to 27’ clear ceiling heights and four tailboard height dock doors.
