CBRE Arranges $12M Sale of Chula Vista Flex Building
Harbor Springs Charter School has purchased 2371 Fenton St., a 38,500-square-foot Class A flex property in Chula Vista, CA. CBRE’s Matt Pourcho, Matt Harris and Anthony DeLorenzo represented the seller, North Palisade Partners in the $11.6 million transaction.
Constructed in 2000, the two-story building consists of office and meeting spaces, but can be converted into a warehouse or R&D facility. It is currently triple net leased to La Roca Christian Church through 2031. Located in the Eastside Business Park just east of Highway 125, the property is within walking distance from retail destinations.
“We received multiple offers on the property from a variety of buyer profiles and sold the property twice in less than two years. The market remains resilient and strong despite interest rates rising,” said Pourcho in a news release.
