CBRE Arranges 10K-SF Office Lease at The Millennium Building in DC
PRP, a real estate investment management company headquartered in Washington, D.C., has committed to a 10,890-square-foot office lease at The Millennium Building, located at 1909 K Street NW. In its relocation from a sublease space in the building, PRP will build out a new, larger headquarters space on the fifth floor.
CBRE’s team of Randy Harrell, Lara Nealon, Joe Coleman, Kevin Howard, and Brittany Gosnell spearheaded the leasing campaign at The Millennium Building and represented The Tower Companies in the negotiations. Robert Schwartz at Cushman & Wakefield represented PRP in the lease negotiations.
“The Millennium Building is a true gem in the heart of Washington, DC and is one of a handful of buildings nationwide to earn Energy Star Certification every year since 2010,” said Harrell. Situated in the Golden Triangle Business District on the corner of 19th and K Streets NW, The Millennium Building is a 12-story, 240,000-square-foot boutique Class A office building.
