CBRE Appoints Nat Heald to Capital Markets Leadership Role for Retail Efforts

CBRE has named Nat Heald as EVP of capital markets in Boston, MA to focus on institutional sales of retail assets in the Northeast.

Heald has more than 15 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry and specializes in the sale of retail real estate including grocery-anchored shopping centers, urban retail properties and large single-tenant assets. He has been involved in over $6 billion of retail property sales in the US since 2005.

Heald joins CBRE from JLL, where he served as managing director in the firm’s capital markets team since 2015. Prior to that, he was a SVP with CBRE in New England and primarily focused on the Northeast region
