CBRE Appoints Mike Solak as Senior Director of Healthcare Project Management
CBRE has welcomed Mike Solak as senior director of the firm’s project management healthcare program solutions team. In this role, Solak will partner with Jacob Dibble and Charles Maggio to focus on growing CBRE’s healthcare project management practice in the Boston area and New England region.
Previously, Solak spent 15 years as a regional VP at the Hammes Company, where he led a team responsible for real estate strategy and planning, project management, development, investment and property management for healthcare clients and other leading institutions. In addition, Solak was a SVP at Colliers International and spent 20 years as VP of facilities and development at HCA Healthcare.
“Mike has served as an owner’s agent for every type of healthcare facility including hospital expansions, stand-alone ambulatory surgery centers, MRI’s, interventional cardiac catherization suites, behavioral health and numerous medical office buildings and ambulatory care centers,” said Dibble.
