CBRE Appointed Exclusive Sales Agent for Former Mall Site in St. Louis

CBRE has been appointed as the exclusive sales agent for the site of the former Jamestown Mall, a 144-acre development-ready parcel in St. Louis.

CBRE’s Matt Bukhshtaber, Rick Eiseman and Anne Rahm will market the property on behalf of the St. Louis County Port Authority. Located at 101 Jamestown Mall in north St. Louis County, the leveled site is zoned for commercial and residential development and represents one of the largest redevelopment opportunities remaining in the St. Louis metropolitan area.

“CBRE is excited to represent the Port Authority for the sale of such a sought-after assemblage of 144 acres in St. Louis County,” said Rahm. “Marketing efforts to over 35,000 developers and investors worldwide have already garnered great interest from all over the nation.”

The site is situated near more than $369 million in new development in north St. Louis County, including the St. Louis Zoo Wildcare Park, the new St. Louis Community College Innovation Hub, and multiple mixed-use and residential developments.
