CBRE Adds Senior Financial Analyst to Downtown Team

CBRE Capital Markets Debt & Structured Finance group has hired Jim Ferris as a senior financial analyst on its Downtown Chicago team. He previously worked for CA Ventures, where he was responsible for sourcing and closing debt transactions for CA’s industrial, senior housing, and multifamily platforms.

For CBRE, Ferris will provide immediate support in originating, underwriting, structuring, and closing the office’s debt and equity transactions. He will also be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with banks, debt funds, life insurance companies, and agencies.
