CBRE Adds Quad to Debt and Structured Finance Team in Atlanta
CBRE is expanding its Atlanta debt and structured finance team with the additions of Brian Linnihan and Mike Ryan as vice chairmen and Blake Cohen and Richard Henry as SVPs.
All four come from Cushman & Wakefield’s debt and structured finance practice in Atlanta. Ryan was most recently a vice chairman while Linnihan was also a vice chairman and previously held positions with Corporex Capital, LLC and The Opus Group.
Henry served a senior director and prior to that spent 12 years with J.P. Morgan. Cohen served as a managing director and previously hold positions with Voya Investment Management and RR Donnelley Global Real Estate Services. The group has experience in the commercial real estate industry and specializes in providing financing solutions for all types of commercial assets primarily located throughout the Southeast. Over the last five years, the group has handled over 225 deals representing nearly $16 billion in transaction volume.
