CBRE hired Madison Olinger as a director of operations in Chicago, joining the leasing team of Brad Serot, Paul Reaumond, Ian Murphy and Tony Coglianese

CBRE Adds Operations Lead to High-Performing Leasing Team

CBRE hired Madison Olinger as a director of operations management in Chicago, joining the tenant representation team of Brad Serot, Paul Reaumond, Ian Murphy and Tony Coglianese, who together have leased more than 10 million square feet globally since 2020. She will run operations and marketing for the high-performing team.

Olinger joins CBRE after working for former Chicago Mayor Lori E. Lightfoot, serving as deputy campaign manager and deputy political director of her reelection campaign. Prior to that, she was with Res Publica Group, a Chicago-based agency that works with private and public sector companies, government agencies, not-for-profits and advocacy organizations to grow reputations, shape public perception and activate stakeholders.

“Bringing Madison on to the team will bolster our capabilities and stands to be a driver of significant future growth,” said Serot. “It is important to us that our team both recognizes and embraces the role we and our clients play in the ecosystem of Chicago, and Madison will ensure we do that.”
