CBRE Adds Gordon Benedict, Courtney Oldenburg to Industrial Tenant Representation Roles

Commercial real estate services and investment firm CBRE has added Gordon Benedict and Courtney Oldenburg to its advisory and transaction services practice in Atlanta, GA. Benedict joins CBRE as a SVP while Oldenburg joins as a first VP.

The team previously worked together at Cushman & Wakefield, where they specialized in assisting industrial and logistics occupiers. They will continue to specialize in this field.

Benedict was most recently a senior director at Cushman & Wakefield and had worked at the company since 2006. Oldenburg previously served as a director at Cushman & Wakefield. Prior to her time there, she held positions with Group Six Real Estate, The Lynch Group and NASCAR, Inc.
