CBRE Adds Experienced Sacramento Industrial SVP to Roseville Team

Zac Sweet, a 15-year veteran of the Sacramento, CA, industrial commercial real estate markets, has joined CBRE as a senior vice president. Most recently, Sweet was a first vice president of industrial at Buzz Oates Real Estate, working on an eight million-square-foot industrial portfolio.

This is a “second time’s the charm” recruitment, as Sweet had previously worked with CBRE in Sacramento from 2007 to 2009.

Sweet has completed more than 800 transactions totaling over 15 million square feet of space and 300 acres of land. He has been named a Top Five Industrial Broker in Sacramento by the Association of Commercial Real Estate (ACRE) from 2009 to 2018, and in 2016 he was the ACRE Industrial Broker of the Year Award Winner for the Sacramento Region.
