CBM1 Completes Med Spa Lease in Seal Beach

CBM1 Completes Med Spa Lease in Seal Beach

CBM1’s Dave O’Connell and Matthew Brutzkus have completed a 1,000-square-foot lease with Sculpt Aesthetics Med Spa at PCH Plaza in Seal Beach, CA. The property is situated less than a half mile from the ocean on Pacific Coast Highway, surrounded by a network of densely populated neighborhoods.

Sculpt Aesthetics is a growing med spa venture offering a range of cosmetic procedures and beauty treatments. Expanding from its first location in Huntington Beach, the company’s PCH Plaza grand opening is scheduled for early 2023.

“We really came through for the landlord on this leasing assignment,” said O’Connell in a news release. “We secured four lease offers in less than two months and the landlord signed an agreement with a well-qualified tenant while avoiding any tenancy gap.”
