CBC Devonshire Arranges Sale of Champaign Industrial
Coldwell Banker Commercial represented the seller in the sale of a 194,380-square-foot industrial building located at 3310 N. Duncan Rd. in Champaign, IL in a transaction valued at $9.4 million. A.J. Thoma III with Coldwell Banker Commercial Devonshire Realty represented the seller.
The two-story building, constructed in 2006, contains 74,084 square feet of production space located on the east side of the first floor, along with 54,758 square feet of office space on the second floor and 20,076 square feet of mezzanine production space.
“Industrial space demand from commercial real estate investors and end users continues to be high in the Champaign-Urbana metropolitan area, while the current inventory levels of traditional industrial assets keep declining,” said Thoma. “This property was formerly used to distribute medical supplies along with printing operations and is well suited for the next occupier’s business needs.”
