CBC Brokers $3M Sale of Newton Retail Property

Coldwell Banker Commercial has arranged the $2.5 million sale of a retail building located at 80 Langley Rd. in Newton Centre, MASS. The three-story building was built in 1920, totals 6,723 square feet and is situated on .08 acres of land.

Todd Glaskin of Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT represented the seller, a local family, in the transaction. The building was purchased by Area Salon Studios LLC. 

“This retail property sits within Newton Centre’s most visible and walkable retail areas filled with the city’s best shopping and restaurants, making it a potentially strong investment for the buyer,” said Glaskin.
