Coldwell Banker Commercial Advisors (CBC Advisors) is expanding its presence in Houston by opening a new CityCentre office at 10497 Town & Country Way. CBC Advisors has been in the Bayou City since 2016; the new office will house the company’s international operations.

Rob Cord, president of CBC Advisors, said that Houston was a desirable location because of its proximity to CBC Mexico. “While we continue to invest in our national growth, we have set our sights on international expansion to attract business and real estate investment to the United States, Mexico and Latin America,” he added.

CBC Advisors is leasing its Houston space from Equus, with plans to open in November 2017.
