Cawley to Lease Up Creative Office Campus in Humboldt Park

Cawley Chicago’s urban development team is representing Humboldt Park LIT, a creative office campus in Humboldt Park. The West Side neighborhood is among the up-and-coming areas of the city, as development spreads beyond the CBD and North Side.

Encompassing over 6.6 acres, IBT Group’s HP Lit consists of three purpose-adapted buildings totaling 250,000 square feet of commercial space. That includes creative loft office and active flex options down to 5,000 square feet.

Doug Hayes, Zach Pruitt and Nicholas Schaefer with Cawley Chicago are representing the development team of IBT Group and design by Ratio as the listing agents.

Connect Chicago Fall 2019 will take place Oct. 29 in Chicago. For more information, or to register, click here.
