Cawley Tapped to Lease the Auxiliary Building

Cawley Chicago’s Urban team, led by principal Zach Pruitt, has been awarded the leasing assignment for The Auxiliary Building at 1550 W. Carroll Ave. on Chicago’s West Side. Ownership is positioning the property as the gateway between the West Fulton Market and Kinzie Corridor neighborhoods.

The historic brick-and-heavy-timber building offers 90,000 square feet of creative office space, flexible plans and lease terms, high lofted ceilings, natural light and a one-acre secured parking lot. Large-scale renovations are currently underway at the property, including new facade, landscaping, rooftop deck, tenant lounge, dedicated bike room, common corridors and an enhanced security system.

“We are thrilled to be awarded this assignment for such a prominent building in the neighborhood,” says Pruitt. He, along with team members Nicholas Schaefer and Will Thurman, will represent the ownership of The Auxiliary Building.
