Cawley Partners & Rosewood Partners Team on 1M-SF Office Development

Cawley Partners joined forces with Rosewood Property Co. to develop four Class A office buildings totaling one- million square feet, at Heritage Creekside. The buildings will go north at the 156-acre, mixed-use development, located at Central Expressway and President George Bush Turnpike in Plano, TX.

Cawley Partners will deliver the office component in phases. Phase one will consist of a six-story, 250,000-square-foot building with a fitness center, conference center, rooftop deck and 4:1,000 structured parking. A lead tenant is currently being sought, with plans to launch construction during the first part of 2021.

Rosewood Property is the developer of Heritage Creekside, which includes The Bridge at Heritage Creekside apartment homes, single-family residences by CB JENI and Cambridge Homes, Flying Fish and Rodeo Goat Icehouse restaurants, and Orangetheory Fitness.
