Cawley Partners Planning Speculative Braun on Belt Line

Cawley Partners will soon begin construction on a three-building office spec project in Coppell, TX. Phase one of the Braun on Belt Line, at South Belt Line and Hackberry Roads, will consist of a four-story, 168,000-square-foot building, which is set to deliver in Q3 2020. Amenities will include a fitness and conference center, and exterior patio lounge.

The two additional phases will include office space, with phase three also calling for a parking garage. Site plans also indicate space for retail and hotel. The project at 8500 S. Belt Line Rd. was designed by Gensler, and is being leased by Cawley Partners’ Kristi Waddell, Addie Ludwig and Jeremy Duggins.
