Cawley Duo Arranges Off-Market Deal for Oak Brook Offices

Cawley Chicago’s office team of Tony Russo and Ryan Freed recently facilitated the off-market sale of a 70,497-square-foot office building in Oak Brook, IL for $4,582,000. Russo and Freed represented the buyer, KMMRD Enterprises, while Jane Stroebeck of Stroebeck Real Estate advised the seller, 915 Harger, LLC.

Located at 915 Harger Rd. in Oak Brook, IL, the three-story property is convenient to Oak Brook Mall. The building provides multiple amenities including a conference facility, breakroom/kitchen and additional building renovations which are currently underway.

“The property represents one of the many value-add opportunities that still exist in today’s market,” said Russo. “One of the challenges in these situations is pairing the asset with the right buyer.”

Russo and Freed have been hired to serve as leasing representatives at 915 Harger, and Cawley Chicago Management will manage the property on behalf of new ownership.

Connect Industrial Midwest is coming to Rosemont, IL on March 4. For more information, or to register, click here.
