Cawley CRE Facilitates Sale of Melrose Park Industrial Building

Cawley Commercial Real Estate (Cawley CRE) announced the strategic acquisition of a 22,103-square-foot freestanding industrial facility located at 1701 N. 33rd Avenue in Melrose Park, Illinois.

The property includes 2,790 square feet of office space and offers operational versatility for industrial users. The transaction was completed between a private buyer and a private seller. Cawley Commercial Real Estate represented the seller, with Andrew Maletich, SIOR, Principal, and Matt Garland, Senior Vice President, serving as the brokers on the deal.

“This sale highlights the strength of the asset and the resilience of the industrial market,” said Andrew Maletich, SIOR. ” It was especially rewarding to represent the investor group, including myself, and to achieve an above-market price. This outcome is a testament to a disciplined investment strategy delivering results.” Cawley CRE delivers brokerage and property management services to companies throughout the Chicagoland area and the Greater Midwest, with offices in Chicago, Oakbrook Terrace, and Grand Rapids.
