Cawley CRE Facilitates Direct Lease Deal In Chicago

Cawley Commercial Real Estate facilitated a new lease at 3500 S. Kedzie Avenue in Chicago, Illinois.

The Cawley team, representing both the tenant and landlord, included Frank Melchert, SIOR, Matt Garland, and Andrew Maletich, SIOR. The lease was executed as a direct deal. The tenant, 4G Industrial Services, will occupy approximately 30,000 square feet of space, including 7,500 square feet of office, situated on 5.45 acres with heavy loading capabilities.
