Cawley CRE Completes 287K-SF Industrial Lease in West Chicago

Cawley Commercial Real Estate completed a 286,622-square-foot industrial lease at 1717 Harvester Road in West Chicago, Illinois.

The long-term lease brings the 465,950-square-foot manufacturing facility to full occupancy. The Cawley CRE team, consisting of David Conroy, Mark Wilson, Jordan Kwiecinski, and Daniel Cawley, SIOR, represented the landlord, Plymouth REIT, in the transaction. The tenant, CoreCentric Solutions, was represented by Mike Senner of Colliers.

The leased property offers 4,000 amps of heavy power, 15,579 square feet of office space, 14 interior docks, and one drive-in door, making it well-suited for advanced manufacturing and operational needs. The lease is scheduled to commence in October 2026.

“This transaction reflects the continued demand for well-located, functional manufacturing facilities in the Chicago market,” said Conroy. “We are honored to continue our relationship with Plymouth REIT and appreciate the opportunity to help execute their leasing strategy at this property.”
