Cawley Commercial Real Estate completed the sale of a 1.9-acre industrial outdoor storage property featuring a 3,634-square-foot building, located at 9329 Bernice Ave. in Schiller Park, Illinois.

The transaction was brokered by Andrew Maletich, SIOR, Principal, Allison Malzone, Senior Associate, and Matt Garland, Senior Vice President of Cawley Commercial Real Estate. Cawley CRE represented the private seller, while Tatiana Bermudez and Mike Sedjo of CBRE represented the private buyer.
