Cawley CRE Brokers Sale of Carol Stream Industrial Property

Cawley Commercial Real Estate (Cawley CRE) facilitated the direct sale of a 29,600-square-foot industrial property at 170 S. Gary Avenue in Carol Stream, Illinois.

Mark Wilson represented both the seller and the buyer, High Street Logistics Properties, in the transaction. Situated on 1.90 acres, the Class B industrial property offers a facility with a combination of warehouse, office, and specialized service space. Built in 2005 with quality precast concrete construction, the building features 24-foot clear ceiling heights, six interior loading docks equipped with lifts, and five interior drive-in doors serving three separate bays.

A full office renovation completed in 2023 further enhanced the building’s functionality and appeal. Located minutes from Interstate 355, the property offers convenient regional access for contractors and industrial users. “We had a good understanding of the type of investor who would see the value in this property, and High Street Realty stood out as a strong fit,” said Wilson who led the transaction with support from Daniel Cawley, SIOR and Jordan Kwiecinski.
