Cawley Commercial Real Estate Relocates, Expands HQ

Cawley Commercial Real Estate, a Chicagoland brokerage and property management services company, is relocating and expanding its headquarters to Two Mid America Plaza, in Oakbrook Terrace. With offices in Oakbrook Terrace and Chicago, the company anticipates further expansion in 2024.

“Aesthetically and geographically, Two Mid America Plaza is arguably the nicest Class A asset in the Northwest Submarket and complements our brand and growth trajectory,” said Zach Pruitt, CEO of Cawley CRE. In addition to Pruitt, Cawley CRE principals include Anthony Marino, Joshua Hearne, Andrew Maletich, Rawly Lantz, Frank Melchert and David Conroy.

Cawley’s property management team has reached nearly 10 million square feet under management this year, including a portfolio of roughly 100 assets and more than 365 tenants. The firm celebrated its 25th anniversary this summer, and the brokerage team completed more than 300 transactions, with asset value greater than $500 million.
