Cawley Chicago Arranges Portfolio Deal on Specialized Industrial

Cawley Chicago recently completed the sale of a three-building portfolio totaling over 74,000 square feet of space on more than eight acres of land in the southwest suburbs.  

Principal Joshua Hearne, SIOR, of Cawley Chicago represented the buyer, Transport Properties, in the transactions located at 132 Harris Drive and 2121 Gould Ct. in Rockdale, IL as well as 1806 Terry Drive in Joliet, IL.  

The portfolio sale for an undisclosed sum was an off-market deal, sourced directly by Hearne. The buyer is a Chicago-based investor in specialized industrial properties.
