Cawley Brokers Sale of Humboldt Park Arts Center

Cawley Chicago recently closed on 48,334 square feet of commercial warehouse space located at 1757 Kimball Ave. in the North Side’s Humboldt Park neighborhood. The space houses the Kimball Arts Center.

Zach Pruitt and Nicholas Schaefer with Cawley Chicago represented the buyer, Stocking Urban, which plans to revitalize the Kimball Arts Center.

Wayne Caplan with SVN Chicago Commercial represented the undisclosed seller in this transaction.
