Cawley Brokers Loft Building Sale in Kinzie Corridor 

Cawley Chicago recently completed the sale of 450 N Leavitt St., an 18,000-square foot, three-story-brick and timber loft building located in the Kinzie Corridor within the West Side’s West Town neighborhood. Managing principal Zach Pruitt and VP Nicholas Schaefer represented the building’s ownership, Drinkwater.  

“We were happy to sell to a local small business looking to stay in the neighborhood and usher in a new chapter of growth for this unique loft-style building,” said Schaefer.  

Cawley Chicago sold the property to buyer Hangout Lighting for $2,127,500.00.
