Cawley Breaks Ground on Tollway Campus’ First Phase
Cawley Partners launched construction on the first phase of its FOURTEEN555 office campus on the Dallas North Tollway. The 240,000-square-foot office building is going north on the west side of the tollway, north of Spring Valley Lane.
Occidental Petroleum’s chemical division leased about half of the new building, which is expected to deliver in September 2018. OxyChem is moving from its current location, further south on the tollway at 5005 LBJ Fwy., where it has been for decades.
In addition to two six-story office buildings, FOURTEEN555 will also have an amenity building called The Hub, which will offer a restaurant, fitness center, outdoor seating and a conference facility.
