Cawley Arranges Sale of Tinley Park Offices for Reuse as Industrial

Cawley Chicago closed the recent sale of a 49,418-square-foot building at 18410 Crossing Dr. in Tinley Park, IL.  Principal Rawly Lantz, SIOR, and senior associate Justin Harris spearheaded a team in the sale of this office property to an industrial reuse facility.

Cawley represented the seller, a private investor, in the transaction. The buyer was a multinational laboratory group, represented by a team at CBRE led by Ted Gates.

“Evaluating the existing attributes of the vacant 33,301 square feet, we proposed a marketing strategy whereby a new user could add industrial concepts including docks and drive doors,” Lantz said. “This strategy led to immediate interest, multiple offers, and a closed sale within 6 months’ time.

In addition to Lantz and Harris, the team also included Cawley Chicago’s Industrial Brokerage principal Joshua Hearne, SIOR and VP Reinier Pranger.
