Cawley Arranges Sale of Brighton Park Industrial

Cawley Chicago’s Frank Melchert and Stevan Arandjelovic helped facilitate the sale of a 70,000-square-foot industrial building at 3590 Karlov Ave. in the South Side’s Brighton Park neighborhood. Deal terms weren’t disclosed.

The free-standing property offered off-street parking and good loading conditions to potential buyers, according to Cawley. “Its proximity to downtown and the surrounding rooftops made it attractive to many different types of buyers and tenants,” said Melchert.

Cawley Chicago represented the seller, PanHellenic Scholarship Foundation, in the sale.
